These terms govern your use of gosepet.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order where: - The item is out of stock or no longer available - There has been an obvious pricing or description error - We suspect fraud or a breach of these terms
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include applicable sales tax where required. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is taken at the time you place the order, by card (via Stripe) or via PayPal. We do not store your card details.
The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes applied by the destination country.
4. DELIVERY
See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery times and costs. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
See our Refund & Return Policy. If you are in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods; we voluntarily extend this to 30 days for all customers.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take care to describe products accurately, but images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens. Measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Products are supplied for ordinary consumer use. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
7. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, layout and graphics, belongs to GOSEPET LTD or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that these terms do not affect.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
11. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
